do you carve the inside of the dome as well or is that another bowl sitting next to the dome?

love the glaze combo! The ones I make hold cheese balls. I haven't tried the garlic keeper/cooker.  Most times I glaze the entire plate, but not the bowl rim.  I like your glaze better than mine *)

I make virtually the same kind of piece as a garlic keeper/cooker, the only difference is that I add holes as one would to a colander or berry bowl. Love your work.

Amaco Black Underglaze. Bisqued and then a GREEN glaze over it. Green goes Blue from all the cobalt in the black.

I just saw your previous photos, I'm guessing you applied dark slip, carved the holes then dipped in a light blue glaze?

Great colours here, is it one glaze with a double coating on the darker parts, or different glazes?
