Hi all,

Am responding to let you know I'm in the class and ready to get started. Checked out George's suggestions for a basic text, but don't have a lot of background knowledge needed to make a judgment. My vote at this point would be for the Lemonade book. Watched the video for the Schaum guide and it looked like it was jumping into problems without giving the background. Looked at the Principles outline for the first chapter and it looked like it covered topics I don't need. Anyhow, that's my $.02.

This collaborative learning is new to me and I'm looking forward to it.
