Does anyone know where to get the type of spray gun containers that Steven Hill displayed in his video? I would love to get several of them for my gravity feed spray gun! Much better than buying a spray gun for each glaze!

Linda

I've seen some at Harbor Freight but have never tried them on my spray gun to see if they fit.

I know in his workshops he recommends guns from TCP Global such as this set:

The DevilBiss DeKups Disposable Cup System may be the system in his video (I have not seen the video)

I would call and ask if they also carry the adapters for your spraygun (these are at the bottom of the page.)  I should think the disk filter could be tossed as most glazes will clog a filter.

Note: This post edited by George Lewter. John's links above to TCP Global were broken. After finding the products on the TCP Global website, I noticed the same products costing less at Amazon, so I redirected the links there. 9/7/2014

I haven't seen those there, good heads up for my next visit.

The ones pictured in his video were ones with a plug for the hole in each end of the cup and a stand to store the cup.

TCP Global guns are now available at Amazon.com. If you order via these links, the cone6pots network will earn a small commission on your order.

TCP Global® Brand Professional HVLP Spray Gun with 1.4mm Fluid Tip ...

This is a good tip size for glazes sieved at 60 mesh or finer. At the time of this posting it ships free to Amazon Prime members. Price at the time of this posting - $39.96

TCP Global® Brand HVLP Spray Gun Set - 3 Sprayguns with Cups, Air Regulator, Stand, & Maintenance Kit for all Auto Paint, Primer, Topcoat & Touch-Up, One Year Warranty

This might be a good setup for someone serious about spraying layered glazes. Two sizes of tips (1.4 & 1.8 mm) for base coat and general glaze application, and a detail gun for smaller areas. Note that the detail gun is not an airbrush, and will not be making 1/8 inch lines. This set ships free with Amazon Prime membership. Price at the time of this posting - $69.96

I'm not a fan of HF, but the reviews on these disposable paint cups are pretty good. They come with adapters to fit most HVLP paint guns, and you can always use a bit of teflon tape on the threads for leaks. For less than the price of lunch  you get 5 disposable plastic paint cups - I might give this a try. http://www.harborfreight.com/5-piece-air-spray-gun-disposable-paint...

I think SH shows the Titan Paint Cups in his surface video - about $10-15 each.

I like to use the DeKups disposable cups system for my spraying. This allows you to interchange the glazes without having to use multiple spray guns. In addition, you can store glazes for a short time in them if doing multiple days of glazing. I purchased them from TCPGlobal.com.
