<p> You have saved my sanity! I had looked & looked. I had even gone through every picture posted, but I guess it doesn't pull up the ones in a blog. I'm glad I have this & can now mix up a real batch It's always good to know there is at least a little sanity in your life. It is so hot out that I only fire at night now & of course have a muffin fan sitting on top of the control panel. jhp</p>

<p>I had posted this glaze and a picture of 2 mugs. on both mugs the overall glaze was this matte white, and the rim dip was the copper matt. One mug was sprayed with a wash of lith carb and strontitum....then Jan did the tests of this white too.....hope this helps! I think the original picture of the mugs is on my photo stream</p>

<p>this is a flat matte white glaze, smooth surface,my experience has been firing it from cone 5-6 1/2 with good results</p>
<p>for colors add</p>
<p>.50% periwinkle blue</p>
<p>4% rutile for a semi matte white, that breaks over dark clay nicely</p>
<p>4% CuCO3 for a copper matte</p>
<p>3% RIO, 1.75% CuCO3, .375% magansese dioxide, .50% rutile for a mustardly brown green</p>
