Profile Information

What is your experience with ceramics in general. (Long answer encouraged)
I am a hobby potter, but after building my own studio two years ago, I am working with clay much more, basically almost every day. Mostly I am throwing on the pottery wheel. Lately I started mixing cone 6 glazes, following John Britt's book. Still learning both by trial and errors and reading different sources (Digitalfire, Glazy, Mastering cone 6 glazes), so I could be categorised as somewhere in between beginner and moderate advanced hobby potter.
What is your current involvement with electric fired ceramics? (long answer encouraged)
Electric firing is the only firing I do, except some raku and saggar workshops. Lately I am firing to cone 6, since the glazes I mix are all cone 6 glazes. Slow cooling.
All our content is viewable by the public. Why do you want to be a member, when you can already see everything as a non-member?
Learning is one of the most important aspects in my ceramic engagement, therefore I expect to gain more knowledge from exchange of information with other members of the community.
Where do you work on your ceramics projects?
