Had you used epsom salts for hardpanning or add it deliberately for this effect? Even more importantly, how much?

I have a cutter thing that was a piece of tubing. My husband welded two straight bits on the inside, so all of the cuts happen at one time. that way I can stamp it while it's horizontal. I was having a hard time stamping test tiles I had made from throwing a bottomless vessel.

As yet no one has tested and commented on the remarkably inexpensive air brushes at harbor freight.
