From my experience so far, LL is a much cleaner clay body and very nice to work with.  With the bmix, I was having problems with lots of black organic bits that burned out late enough in the glaze firing they caused pin-holing problems (one batch was so bad that the bits would come to surface during throwing, which was annoying but then get 'caught' on my trimming tools during trimming, which was VERY annoying). My glaze look a LOT brighter on LL, as they clay fires a cleaner white (rather than the whitish-gray that is bmix).   But yes, I am having more problems with attachments.  I compress the bottoms of bowls like crazy so no problems there.  I've started using vinegar for attachments (see http://www.potters.org/subject94293.htm/ for good thread on this) and we'll see how it goes...

I had problems with drying of bottoms of large bowls , handles and additions with cone 5 b mix and I was hoping the little loafers would not have similar issues.  The regular cone 10 Loafers glory is pretty wonderful but I am not firing at cone 10 at this time.

J:  Drying mugs requires special care, even more so than with B-mix.  My guess is that LL is a higher in porcelain.  I dry very slowly but have been having some issues with added medallions "peeling" off when dry.  Still working on it...

I just started using little loafer. I have not fired my pieces yet to see how they come out but it threw very nice. Do you find any drying issues?

Thanks Dinah.  I've recently switched to throwing exclusively with Highwater Clay's Little Loafers, which fires even whiter than B-Mix.  If you are interested, there are a lot more photos on my FB page:  https://www.facebook.com/RinconPottery

Lovely work I use the same glazes and am so impressed with the look you've achieved over the white body. I will have to experiment with CKK6 a porcelain body.

Thanks J&J! Thanks for letting me know about the net.

To be honest, I read the book and selected a number of glazes that appealed to me. I also messed around with a few base recipes plus oxides and mixed up a few glazes associated with Ron and John (e.g., Jeannie's purple and Revised Xavier's Jade Green). I've got a good amount to work with for now and am testing new combos with each firing (and got loads of test tiles too). :-) Eventually, I'll likely do some more testing with some of the base recipes (e.g., GBG2) with oxides.
