It was a challenge to cut the rings used to keep the wire cable in the right place but it can be done. I'd be happy to share solutions if you have any questions.

He will send you plans, however the plans are rather sketchy when it comes down to actually building it.  We started with a metal frame we had. We put concrete in the top roller. Also we used cargo tie down straps to hold the two rollers while we ran the wire cable. Good luck.
