Profile Information:

What is your experience with ceramics in general. (Long answer encouraged)
I believe in channelling my creative urges in order to produce unique artwork in Washoe Valley, Nevada. My inspiration for my work is the miracle of life. Turtle Mountain Designs is born out of a combination of my Turtle Mountain Chippewa heritage, training, experience, and love for life which allows my perspective as an artist to remain traditional yet contemporary. Art is how I battle against the indifference of humans and offer new ways of viewing the world.

Each piece is functional and is not only an original art piece but is also intended
to be used. Each piece is food safe, microwave safe and dishwasher safe.

Five years ago took a 6 month class. I touch the clay and it speaks to me. I have a small pottery business. Turtle Mountain Designs. I have a full time job during the day and play with clay in the evenings and weekends. I love clay.
