What is your experience with ceramics in general. (Long answer encouraged)
I have been a potter for 40 years. I fire in cone 6 and love colour. I made tableware for a number of years (Spirited Clay)My tableware was given by the Mulroney's to Boris Yeltsin (Russian President) and John Major (Prime Minister of England in the 90's. I now make tall totem like sculpture. The Canadian government bought 5 of them and they are now in Madrid Spain in the Canadian Embassy.
What is your current involvement with electric fired ceramics? (long answer encouraged)
I have always used electric kiln for my firings. I experimented in my earlier years with reducing in my kiln by adding sticks through peep holes during the cooling down period...hard on elements though, wouldn't do again. Great results though, copper lustres.
