What is your current involvement with electric fired ceramics? (long answer encouraged)
I just discovered this awesome medium on January 21,2012 on a whim when I took a Ceramics class at my local community college and fell in love with it the moment I first touched it! Now i can't stop! I am currently using various clays in Cone 5/6 oxidation. I am eager to learn from my peers in any and every way! Thanks!

Normally, I don't "friend" people on their first day as members. I will make an exception for you, because

    1. You jumped right in and started participating.
    2. It's a small world, and I lived in Sherman, Texas and then Perrin AFB north of town for 2nd through 6th grades. I lived in Sherman at 2111 No. Wood St. from 1956 until 1959. How about that?

Thanks for friending me, I'm not very good at computer etiquette, I'm one of those people who consider everyone on the forum a friend.  I thought I would let you know that I have been making tile for 15 years.  You did an excellent job on your tiles but if you need any help just let me know. I do a lot of fountains and murals, my avatar on the Ceramics Monthly Forum is a nine and a half foot fountain I made out of tile.  Denice

No I'm not on facebook I had my identity was stolen many years ago but it still causes me problems so I am very cautious.  George Lewter tried to help me post photos on this site but my server wouldn't allow it.  Someday I'll try again.  Got to get to work glazing today.
