That green in the photo you posted looks like it was colored with chrome oxide or a combination of chrome and copper. Try 1 to 2% chrome as a starting point in any matt glaze base that doesn't have any zinc oxide in the recipe. Zinc causes chrome to go brown!
You can do another test with 1.5 chrome and 2-3 copper oxide. Just know that a glaze like this is probably best as an exterior glaze. Chrome is nasty stuff, so be very careful handling it. It is a carcinogenic.
