What is your current involvement with electric fired ceramics? (long answer encouraged)
Patty and I manage, teach and do our own work at our pottery facility, Lakeside Pottery, ceramic school and studio in Stamford CT, where the local building code does not permit a gas kiln. We therefore spent years developing or finding glazes that have a "gas firing" effects. We trained thousands of people in our studio and freely share all of our knowledge of pottery techniques, teaching methodology and glazes with all who are interested.

Morty, You dived into the cone6pots network with unprecedented zeal. Welcome!
My sense is there is a large underserved population of electric potters, and that we may be on the brink of filling that need. My most difficult task over the last year and a half has been getting members to contribute substantive content, but that has been improving over the last month or so, and your contributions appear to up the ante in a big way. So thanks and I hope this can be a significant venue in support of your efforts.
