Profile Information:

What is your experience with ceramics in general. (Long answer encouraged)
I studied ceramics at TN Tech University Appalachian Center for Craft under Vince Patella, but being a college student with many responsibilities, I burnt out before graduating. Fast forward 10 or so years later, and I have studio space on my property. I am working with Cone 6 electric now, looking to build a soda kiln in the near future. I have taught classes to children and adults as well. As most of my college experience was cone 10, I'm looking for Cone 6 resources that will fit my aesthetic.
What is your current involvement with electric fired ceramics? (long answer encouraged)
I currently have a studio set up in the shop my husband and I share. I have one electric kiln.

I think it's valuable to be an "official" member of a group if its available, and maybe with that membership there will be notification and what-not - I am also a mom of 3 kids, two are under two years of age - my brain has to be in too many places at once sometimes to remember things.
