What is your experience with ceramics in general. (Long answer encouraged)
I am a beginner looking into making my own glaze recipes. I realize that is not a beginner activity but that is how my brain works and curiosity drives it. I am part of a makerspace and am excited to do sculptural clay work. I think engobe glaze would be beautiful on this. I would like to experiment with that and mindful use of clear glaze for accent. I saw a recipe in this group from Jane Wallace for engobe and her experiment and would love to be able to ask questions/make comments.
What is your current involvement with electric fired ceramics? (long answer encouraged)
I've taken several classes over the years from high school to the present. I've done some raku but typically have use clay and glazes at the cone 6 electric firing. That is what I have access to currently.
All our content is viewable by the public. Why do you want to be a member, when you can already see everything as a non-member?
