What is your experience with ceramics in general. (Long answer encouraged)
I have general experience working with ceramics, including basic clay preparation, hand-building techniques, glazing, and firing. I’m familiar with how different clays and glazes respond to temperature and enjoy learning through hands-on practice and experimentation.
What is your current involvement with electric fired ceramics? (long answer encouraged)
I currently work with electric-fired ceramics on a regular basis, focusing on hand-built pieces and small functional forms. My process includes preparing clay, shaping, controlled drying, glazing, and firing in an electric kiln. I pay close attention to firing schedules, temperature control, and glaze results, and I use each firing as an opportunity to refine my understanding of materials and kiln behavior.
