What Would You Change to Make the Cone6pots Network a Stronger Community?

If you were in charge, what would you change? Would you like to be the moderator, or administrator for any part of the network? How do we take it to the next level? And what is the next level? Where do we go from here?

Your job is a huge one George and I think you do a tremendous job! If there is something I can do that doesn't require a large time commitment I really believe in this network and would like to contribute.  Time and energy are in short supply for me as they seem to be for everyone.

Kathy, if there is one discussion topic or group that is a real match for your interests, you could be an administrator for it. Nurture it with updates, provide links to related content that is elsewhere, keep the topic fresh and on-topic. Let me know, and I can set you up with administrator rights.

I'll give it some huge thought George as I'd be very interested in doing that!  I'm involved with the Alberta Potters' Assoc & Calgary Clay Arts Association.  We've been planning (for the last 2 years) a 2 day symposium with the Alberta College of Art as well as a gallery show in downtown Calgary.  The symposium just happened on the weekend and I now have a bit of time to think.

Tips for Members

If you just want to spout off, it is best accomplished as a blog posting. If you want to get more guidance and ideas from other members, ask a question as a new discussion topic. In the upper right corner of the lists for both types of posting, you will find an "+Add " button. Clicking it will open an editor where you create your posting. 4/16/2014
