<p>Have you put in cones to see where you actually are heat work wise? That hour hold could very well be making you overshoot cone 10, which could be the source of your problems. Otherwise, post the glaze recipe.</p>

1. 200*f/hr to 220* hold 1 hr.<br />
2. 400*f/hr to 1900* hold .30<br />
3. 100*f/hr to 2345* hold 1 hr.<br />
4. Cool naturally to 1750 hold .25<br />
5. 75*f/hr to 1600* hold .30<br />
