What is your experience with ceramics in general. (Long answer encouraged)
I took my first pottery class in 2002 at the OCAF Pottery center. After that class I spent the next 4-5 years taking other classes and open studio time mostly throwing pots on the wheel. I moved on to another local studio for a couple of years and began doing some hand building and purchased a kick wheel with the idea of having a studio at home which worked for a while. Then life intervened and I had a major life change and sold business I had operated for 25 years and began working for a large company. I eventually ended up moving to the Atlanta area and buying a house with a garage with room enough to build that pottery studio. I like to do face jugs and large bowls but also make cups, pitchers, cheese bells and other functional pottery.I still throw most items but will switch to hand building for variety.
What is your current involvement with electric fired ceramics? (long answer encouraged)
I have 2 kilns one is a small 2 cu f 110 that i use on occasion with the intentions of using it for low fire jewelry and an Olympic Medallion 21 cu ft for my cone 6. At this time I prefer using Coyote glazes with most of my work in Shinos.

I have had the large kiln for about 3 years but have really not used its programming capabilities much at all and I would like to learn how to do so.
