I have a Skutt envirovent on two kilns,  my husband put a flap that shuts off the air to one of the aluminum tubes when it is up and shuts off the air to the other when it is down..  We just installed a new kiln and found brittle tubes, time to replace them.

Hey, George, a little detail, please:

Is it a single fan for both kiln and booth?  What kind of a fan is it? Do you close down one side when using the other? Just curious.

I like the way you have the ventilation plumbed into kiln ventilation system.   I will have to remember this if I decide to put a spray booth in.  I don't do much spraying, when I do I find a big cardboard box and cut a hole in the back for a little fan to pull air.   I also set it up in the garage with the garage door open, it would be nice not to have to wait on the right weather.    Denice
