<p>you can put the pot in freezer for an hour, when it comes out, gently tap the top sides of the rim , moving around in a circle...tap,tap,tap, very lightly, i use the wooden end of a hammer</p>
<p>be sure to cushion it, in case the lid pops off, the bottom doesn't fall and break</p>
